BCC Wins Eagle of Excellence, Best Specialty Construction
Kirtley-Cole Associates was awarded the 2009 Eagle of Excellence by the Associates Builders & Contractors of Western Washington for Bethany Community Church.  This is awarded to the project selected as the best among all entries received.  The project also earned ABC's 2009 Best Specialty Construction award.
